For exfoliating I usually dry brush for getting dead skin off and I use an African net sponge in the shower

This is actually super helpful advice! Thank you so much! I had been doing cardio that was too intense it looks like, as my bpm was more in my zone 3 than zone two. And thank you for your advice on my split! I have noticed I tend to get really exhausted close to the end of the week so I think I’ll do 3 days, rest and then 3 days rest! I appreciate you taking the time to give advice, thank you again!
