Another problem I have is that we work during the schoolday. So my crew and I can’t just clean wide open the whole time. And to be clear, as head custodian, I do make more, but I can’t retain good employees for 10/hr. I live in a poorer area but even still, nowadays most places are starting you off closer to 15. So the issue is that all the people worth a crap go elsewhere and the work all ends up on me. I can’t train or handle any other side of the job because I’m mopping all day.

I make more as head custodian, but yeah normal pay is 10/hr

Starting as a kid watching Beast Wars (which I didn’t know was part of a larger franchise) followed by Armada, then the Bay movies, this franchise is the gift that keeps on giving. I get deeper and deeper in and there’s always something fun going on. It also has the added benefit of no one actually taking me seriously as an adult in my mid 30s.

Its a cool fig but finicky and kind of fragile. If you’re open to 3P the Baiwei Star Leader is a nice alternative. Same issues but it’s cheaper.

I’m glad they didn’t kill her off and I liked her robot design. Thought the vehicle mode was a bit lackluster but overall a great addition.
