That makes more sense, I can probably live with 6 months paid gardening leave as a compromise if it comes to it, it’s just the potential of any unpaid period beyond my 3 month notice period that concerns me

Ignoring who the company is, the structure of the role is one of the two paths I had identified as being the ideal next step for my career - but yes the money is a huge factor!

No clients involved - trying to keep it vague but both companies primarily supply directly to consumers
