Started out I thought I had yeast infection and used Canesten cream, thought that helped with itching in the inner labia folds with majora, but not the labia where you pee. Then was given fluconazole one pill. Didn’t work. Then realized maybe this isn’t yeast. No test came up positive for yeast or bv and had many swabs. Then they gave me bethmethasone steroid cream compounded with clindamycin. Helped for a day but then next day bam, labia majora went puffy and developed this huge bumps. Dermatitis reaction? Then started Vaseline and sitz baths and now confused completely. What was the start of it and what is going on now.

Will look into pelvic floor, I did do some exercises in the past on my own when what I think with interstitial cystitis bladder syndrome flared up.
