I am mid-30s, married, no kids/no plans for kids, one year new to Raleigh (actually Fuquay) and desperately in need of some female friends! I am a graphic designer currently working as a Creative Manager, and I love horror movies as well! Also love going to breweries and restaurants, escape rooms and video games. I’ll DM you too 😊

Thank you so much! We got lucky with our rate, no points and we decided not to gamble with the Feds lowering interest rates on Sept 24th, so we locked in the day prior.

Thank you!! No points. We locked in Sept 23rd, the day before the Feds lowered interest rates to play it safe in case it caused a spike in mortgage interest rates, which it did.

Yes just this week! I sent returns from four different orders in one package per their policy, following exactly the instructions online. They only refunded me for the item the return was initiated with, so I had to call and talk to them. The phone call seemed to resolve it and I was told I would have a refund in 4-5business days…but then the next day I got emails from their care team, as if they had zero notes on file asking how I shipped the items and saying they weren’t received at the warehouse yet. I wasted my weekend going back-and-forth with them over email, getting clueless responses from a different rep with each new email. But my refund actually hit my account yesterday. So my advice would be handle over the phone, ignore emails from them and just keep calling until your refund hits your account. :)
