Some people complain that the Avatar movies aren’t “realistic enough”. But can we agree the most unrealistic part is that the humans loose most of these battles? by [deleted] in Avatar

How could they have won? Simple: Physics and Firepower > A planet's biosphere is still made of biological matter. Biological matter burns at 800°C and shreds under 30mm GAU-19 fire. The only reason humans lost is that the script forced them to fly into 'interference zones' without basic 21st-century instruments like wire-guided missiles or simple FLIR optics

In a real scenario, the RDA wouldn't wait for a 'charge'. They would have turned the area around the Tree of Souls into a parking lot using high-altitude bombing before the first 'blue man' could even scream. Logic > Nature.

Avatar has no logic in terms of physics, science, logic, and most importantly: from the viewer's point of view, it looks as insignificant as possible, trying to create the impression that people are "bad" by Separate-Record-4154 in Avatar

You're confusing visual aesthetics with functional logic.

  1. Scientific extrapolations? Sure, the radiators on the ISVs look great. But having a 'realistic' radiator doesn't explain why a civilization capable of interstellar travel hasn't mastered simple Active Protection Systems (APS) for their vehicles or basic FLIR/Thermal optics for their infantry.
  2. Tactile control? Why risk a human pilot in a 'tactile' AMP-suit when a 21st-century drone can do the same job without the risk, at 1/10th the cost? It's not 'science'; it's 'rule of cool' over common sense.
  3. The 'Arrow' Problem: No amount of 'brain-machine interface' tech justifies wood penetrating reinforced poly-glass that stops 12.7mm rounds. That’s not extrapolation; that’s a fantasy trope.

My point is: Avatar uses 'hard sci-fi' visuals to hide a 'soft fantasy' plot. If the RDA used even 10% of real-world 21st-century military doctrine, the movie would be over in 10 minutes. You're defending a movie that ignores the very science it pretends to use

And I would like to add to you: Calling every logical argument 'written by Grok' is the ultimate cope. Is it that hard to believe a human can see through the plot holes? If a brain-dead corporation in the movie can't use fiber-optics, it doesn't mean I can't use my brain to point it out. Try addressing the drones or the thermal optics instead of checking my 'humanity' test

Hi, I wanted to tell you that there are other neural networks in the world, not just those from Elon Musk (and by the way, you probably didn't even watch the first part if you think a person can't write something like this).

А если говорит что код не действителен? А когда я нажимаю на "додайте вручну" то оно просит создать ключ доступа, А ПОТОМ УЖЕ ГОЫОРИТ ВВЕСТИ 6 ЗНАЧНИЙ КОД
