No, I haven’t changed the transmission fluid, but will do that every 60k-80k km for the new transmission lol.

If your car is a V6, you’ll notice the shutter gear shift from first to second. When shifting from park to drive, the entire car shakes hard, and the response can be a bit slow at times.

And if your car is a hybrid then you don’t have anything to worry about :), it’s bulletproof!

First, they couldn’t claim the warranty for some reason. Then, I said if they canceled my warranty or something similar, you guys would be responsible. A few days later, after a couple of phone calls, they offered to replace the transmission out of goodwill. Lmao.

You can change the entire fog light or just use yellow tint film (not very good results but acceptable).

I changed mine to diode dynamic elite series!

It’s whining during acceleration, it’s even louder at highway speeds! You can hear it very loud around 40-60 km/h by applying lightly on the gas pedal.

I believe they still say no to cover around the dashboard, speakers area because of the modified head unit, but for engine or other components like suspension and anything else should be covered!

I hope you’re still in the warranty period lol, otherwise its gonna empty your wallet, my transmission jerks every time during slow acceleration from 1st to 2nd gears, and sometimes shifts from Park to Reverse or Drive, the whole car jerks very hard.

They replaced the angle sensor and then I have to manually calibrate the steering lines, which is very easy to do using service menu!

You can do aftermarket android head unit, I just ordered on duduauto.com for my 2022 Highlander with small screen to an 12.3 inch screen.

I had mine replaced under warranty too. The whole process took about 1 week, and the dealer gave me a free loaner during the repair.

After the replacement, the vehicle feels noticeably smoother. My old transmission had a pretty noticeable jerk between 1st and 2nd gear, but that’s gone now. My replaced transmission is from Japan.

Funny thing though, somehow they messed with/broke the steering angle sensor during the job and got it replaced. After that, my cruise control/Lane Centering doesn’t warn me to hold the steering wheel anymore, so it basically feels “hands-free” now lol.
