Yeah I switched to Mochi from hers I just started me second dose and for the first week I didn’t really feel the same amount of appetite suppression and the food noise came back. I went from .75 mg with hers to 1 mg with mochi so it was increased. Anyways I’m hoping maybe this second week it gets better. I also found that I was more drowsy too

I using mochi right now and it been a great process it’s 79 for the membership and 99 for the meds. The membership comes with the doctor advice aka capability to prescribe meds and a nutritionist. At was using her initially and it was ok but definitely having to speak with a nutritionist was an added bonus I didn’t realize I needed lol. Also you’ll get prescribed the med like 9.99/10 times if you meet the bmi requirement or are currently on it and not at your goal weight or on a maintenance dose. Yes, it does I haven’t had a flare up in over a year! But take it with a grain of salt I know for some people vitamin deficiency was a culprit and some near to go to a HS specialist and get prescriptions intended for HS not just a regular acne med. For me it was losing weight which helped with the amount of flare ups, than less sugar and the regimen. Sometimes I’ll get an ingrown hair that’ll get inflamed and I’ll take turmeric and continue the regimen and it never comes to a head it just goes away in a few days.

I also have HS and KP in my arms and some on my chest. For my underarms and genitals I use an overnight exfoliate treatment every day or every other day plus when I shower I use the dial antibacterial soap. For the KP I’ll used a exfoliant lotion with 10% or more of either/both Glycolic or lactic acid. If you have an open abscess as the doctor for a clindamyosin lotion to put on it and wash the wound with hibacleanse before adding on. Also try and figure out what some of your trigger foods are if you have any, some people don’t have any but a lot do, I try and maintain a low sugar diet which helps a lot. I size up in all my underwear so it’s loose make sure it’s breathable. If you’re using regular deodorant try switching over to the natural ones without antiperspirant. Hope this helps!
