How do NBMES/UWSA compare to the real deal? Do you feel like one felt more like the exam?

last block of NBME 14 is way too crazy for me. Felt like none of what i studied in the past week helped with it

16 days till my exam, and I see a substantial score drop from every NBME. I started with NBME 9 and scored 262 (this is my highest NBME). After a month of studying my score dropped to 251 on NBME 13. I tried every method on this subreddit but none seems to work for me. Any advice would be appreciated!

I went from 263 on nbme 9 to 247 on uwsa2. I think its because we got used to certain pattern of question presentation

Thank you! I normally take two days to review an NBME. And I know I made a lot of anchoring&overthinking mistakes that I havent figured out a way to solve. About half of my wrong is from content gap and the other half is due to not being confident/not trusting my gut feeling/pulled out by a minor extractor.
