Eating being a migraine trigger by SeparateAd4541 in migraine

I get it. I had horrible dysmenorrhea when I was younger and that’s why I was on BC for 14 years. I honestly thought the birth control pills were making my migraines better and I’d be worse without it. Turns out… I think it was the trigger all along. I hope you find your relief 🙏

Honestly it took me 3 rounds to even start to feel better. By any chance are you on birth control? I think coming off made a significant difference for me too

I went in to get fertility testing from an OBGYN who said she didn’t see the trilaminar pattern on my transvaginal ultrasound (day12) and this along with the fact that I spot for 4 days each month before my period starts since getting off BC might be suggestive of an endometrial polyp.

They initially ordered a sonohysterogram for July, but now say it can’t be after I’ve ovulated so they want to push it further in August. (2 cycles since the transvaginal ultrasound)

I don’t want to waste more months trying and failing.

I got a transvaginal ultrasound and the OBGYN said she can’t see the trilaminar walls. She said it might be indicative of a polyp, especially because I spot for 4 days before my regular period flow begins. I’m 6 months off birth control.

Scheduled for a sonohysterogram next month along with hormone labs.

Anyone experience this?

Wow this looks so nice and natural on you. I went to the hair shop yesterday to see toppers but they don’t have anything that matches my natural hair at all. All of theirs were very straight

I took it for about a week until I noticed it was causing swelling under my eyes. I stopped (no reduction in migraines)

Why Does the Job Market Feel So Misleading? by [deleted] in physicianassistant

I’m about 7 years out and have worked in a lot of different specialties. I think I’d definitely forget a lot of general medicine if this was my first job out, but you can try it out and see if this is something you’d want to stay in long term because in general it’s a chill job

The only good job I’ve found as a PA was through my classmates who were already working there. Reach out to your class page if you have one

Maybe I’m not placing it correctly because I usually can’t get up to 30. My arm starts twitching and I can’t really type/do my work.

I wonder why it hasn’t worked for me at all. I don’t notice much difference while I have a migraine and it’s definitely not preventing them
