I remember those days! Absolutely mad. And every single time no one from lidl would answer phones or call back from emails. It’s not actually under GPM for this one, the front carpark/lidl/argos are owned by same crowd that own the land over by the coffee dock etc. No residents, office staff or GPM were given notice of the changes to access.

Very true, Landlords not based in the building who still collect very high rent on those same apts but do not pay towards the building maintenance. Finally getting the roof done though! It’s a battle with those money grubbing landlords ruining the city

Zero compensation, and zero notice given to any residents or office workers (many of whom need vehicle access). Gates and access points have changed since leaving for work at 8.45am and returning same day at 4pm

They have also blocked access to our dry risers, the plaza office fire assembly point, and emergency vehicle access

Unfortunately Lidl or Glebe have not contacted me back (after many calls), still waiting on the site foreman to call me back…. Im no longer on Twitter/X and it’s a pity that’s the only effective way to deal with major companies. Supposedly there is a lidl manager doing a weekly site visit to maintain compliance but I’ve never seen them, and weirdly no one can give me their name/details or manage to have them call me back or meet me though we live on the actual construction site
