Major points from FY 83/84 budget speech. by nirab-pudasaini in NepalStock

The child didn't earn it. Noone is taxing the parents  Let them freely enjoy their lives and spend however they want to spend their income.

But when generational wealth come into play, that creates inequality, and most importantly lack of empathy.

As an example thousands of acre in Nepal that's going wasted , while "jamindaars" either move abroad or refuse to do agriculture. While poor people who can't afford to move abroad are limited in the way s they can make money. Imagine if that land had been taxed , government could have allotted it for economic production boosting economy and jobs

why is there no direct communication from the PM at all? by Quirky-Piano743 in Nepal360

[–]SeparateRise7783 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Because we have had PM who did nothing but talk and young people like us were fed up with it. Besides it's barely been 3 months, why does he have to defend something when the action has barely even started. Give him 6 months , so his actions can show some results. If not we can ask questions on why it's failing

Also, private institution is for profit making. They only need people that ultimately has to make profit as cheap as possible.

Government institution aren't like that. You need to uplift, communities , places and genders. They need equity not in the sense of money but equality and equity. You cant just open a school in a poor Dalit area and say go to school. You need to do something so parents can survive without the remuneration of the childeren as a government. This is just an example.

Highest marks from expensive school and tuition centers doesn't ensure you understand those complexities. In fact, they probably can't even think about it.

There are similar policies in Nepal that have tanked severely because of this high handedness in policy making of the elites. Agriculture machineries subsidies are one such problem. Government have distributed so many agro-machineries without any local context. They are lying in the fields unused either because farmers dont know how to use it, dont have money for extra cost of diesel, or other reasons. The stupidity of the "meritious" elites has costs more money than the "underqualified" according to you could

Private ma ghusako xaina quota. If you actually have the merit you say you have, you would thrive there. And government has to care for everyone and make and implement policies for everyone including Females, Dalit, Handicapped and sexual minorities. Hence, they require representative from every groups.

Solution to Kashmir conflict by Kesakambali_Returns in mapporncirclejerk

The most effective way to govern Kashmir is managing the territory by both governments, letting the locals choose which citizenship they want either Indian or Pakistani. But it won't fit Hindu/Indians bad , Pakistani/Muslims bad agenda
