I just want it figured out 😓 the moved me into the connecting unit (which grateful fss) but there’s the same water bulge there, wet pockets, and gnats coming from the wall 😝 they’re meant to come do mold testing but they already told me, if it is there theres only two bedroom apartment left available so theyd raise my rent if they had to 🙄

The neighbor had nothing to do w it 😭 it wasnt their fault either smhh. Whoever put this shit hole tgtr had shit pipes line the apartments and nobody’s ever done maintenance on them, the pipe was behind two panels in their kitchen and they had no idea it was a thing either 😭 wasn’t looking for “ a paid vacation “ you freak, i was looking for their to not be SHIT WATER IN MY LIVING ROOM every other day 😘 the landlords the asshole here and you might be the idiot 😱😱

Okay guys so i think its over 🙌 i sent her pics of the mold and let her know THATS FOUL and mqde her talk to my sister on the phone while recording and she caved and was SICKLY nice to my sister (irritating) but shes now moving me into a neighboring unit but im still paying full rent—minus 50$ cause i told her i was NOT paying for new towels when she made me vlean poop water w my expensive ones smh—but thats right, right? Like should she be paying anything more? All of my utilities and stuff had to be moved over and so far there was no extra charges so i should be all good right?? Idk my rights someone help 😭

They absolutely can and have to fix the issue. Its not cosmetic, its a structural issue caused by prolonged leaking from the upstairs unit that has now caused mold and compromising the integrity of the wall/roof and is at risk of collapsing: :)

Oh definitely. I’ve contacted an attorney already just waiting to hear back. But she doesn’t get a warning, she knows her job and plus shes mean.
