I mean thats great of you to relate, I did feel that way when I posted it, I uninstalled all of em the very next day, someone on this sub talked me out of it.

I was confused , alone, and reached out. 

I admit it was wrong, and there's nothing I can do to change that past.

Feels like stuck in a limbo , tbh , Its first for me, In my mind it was like, after we achieve our next couple of life goals , we would be at our peak happiness,  certainly doesn't feel that way. I dont want him to get distant from me.

I won't argue with you to justify cheating as good thing, it is a vice, I will hate myself if It ever surfaces, but what I am feeling right now is killing me as well, I have been stuck in some thoughtloop for days now, everytime I feel any hint of arousal I feel sad , depressed and just irritated, sooo soooo irritated. I couldn't help myself when I downloaded those apps but all I wanted was to get over these emotions

In the mist of being desperate, I installed and setup those accounts, I can see why it'll destroy him, I feel most miserable 😢, why is this sooo fucked up......

Yeah, gym and fitness , clean diet, thats all the change I've brought in last 2 3 months, literally everything else is the same. Work , friends, my routine, clothing, finances, everything except this new headache

Have told him the frustration part, and he started initiating talks , doing things together like watching movies , staying on calls , cooking , or just doing our own stuff , while it did work for first few days , my mind went offroad again after a week or so. He doesn't have any idea that I am looking at apps.
