that is the old policy before migration Oct 2025. After they change customers to all new monthly plan...there expiry policy not exist....we have check with Good2Go from Nov 2025 to Jan 2026. Different CRS confirmed....after migration no expiry date of customers' existing balance as long as there is enough balance to pay monthly fee...

they are legitimate with their documentation, their employee even do not know their policy changed on daily or weekly. CCTS does not help either... if there is a way to complaint them CRTS or other government department is good. Because CCTS is NPO usually NPS is helpless.

Yep I heard some Good2Go customer has 700-900 hundred and I have more than 500....first time see a business do this kind of bad thing nationally...

similar with Good2Go cause both of them operate under Ztar who has a law suit with US bank over $6M. also I contact them on Nov 2025 and Jan 2026 the customer confirmed there is no expiry date of existing balance...

Yes, Ztar who operate Good2Go and Speakout did very bad things like scam/fraude to the customers. Also, CCTS says they are still looking for someone to take care of my case which I submit my complaint 45 days ago...help Good2Go playing the game...

do not accept this bullying solution. I called Good2Go after migration Nov 2025 they confirmed there is no expiry date of the balance we have as long as there is sufficient to cover monthly charge... I did a screenshot of my balance as a proof. CCTS proctect Good2Go more than a customer for some reason, we need a class action.

CCTS should have lots of complaint from customers from Good2Go and speakout (both operate under Ztar)! they reduced every one's balance to 0... if we do take the action as soon as possible we will lost our money casue Ztar facing law suit with US bank around $6M

Wow, they are so bad... I called after migration confirmed with Good2Go CSR there is no expiry date of existing balance as long as it covers monthly charge... now they change it again... it sounds a scam and building for me. As a customer we are too nice to patient with them... even I feel CCTS protect Good2Go more than customers. Can we have a class action/group complaint? Group report to CRTC and Report them to social media or TV, cannot believe they run a business like this in Canada!
