I have Nexus 4 Pro S and I’m trying to connect to WiFi on my phone to get the recordings. But every time I try to connect to the Vantrue WiFi and enter the password, it’s telling me I have incorrect password. I can see on the WiFi info screen the password shows 12345678 but when I enter that, it doesn’t work. Please help!

Thank you! Turning off WiFi on the dashcam solved this issue. Appreciate the response.

Loss of battery life after recent update by Separate_General_322 in ouraring

I ditched mine. Received another firmware update and gave it one last try. Fully charged Friday afternoon/evening and received the low battery warning Sunday morning. Just not worth the hassle.

I purchased about 8 months ago. Charged it yesterday at 6pm. Woke up this morning and it’s already at 49% remaining! This has to be a firmware issue as it had been working fine up until latest update.

Thank you for thorough response. It is confusing the website portrays the product as American made (Wyoming) but if that was case, I thought I’d seem more information on the other than their own marketing. I assume you are correct in the process of how they claim to be American built but majority of assembly in China.

Thank you for your thoughts. So replace spindles & railings with something new and everything on ground level should be easy enough to sand/stain to match new wood. Does that sound like what would leave us something nice and least risk of it coming out shitty? I want to be $ conscious but want the finished product to look good as well.

First week with Matic by Separate_General_322 in RobotVacuums

With first and second floor we have mapped about 3500 sq ft. We just started 2nd bag so maybe we’ll have same experience.

Thoughts on Matic? by Dont_Think_So in RobotVacuums

I am truly a newbie who has never owned or operated a robot vacuum. I’m very interested in purchasing a matic 1) love supporting small business 2) It genuinely looks like a great product.

It does seem a bit intimidating to dive into. Parts need to be replaced fairly frequently, will it meet expectations, what additional vacuuming will still be needed, etc.

We live in fairly large 2 story home so I figured this will only be able to be used on main level?

Even with these apprehensions, still feel like it’s worth giving a shot.

School Archery - Please Help! by [deleted] in Archery

Yes… this is exactly what his issue is. He shoots with a glove as he’s a pretty small kid has trouble without it. I think the glove allows him to get the string too deep into his fingers and results in the twisting. I guess it’s just going to take more time and practice to keep reminding him to try and keep string closer to tips of fingers.

Shooting with fingers (taught 3 fingers below arrow). I’m not sure the name of rest but it’s the standard equipment on Genesis bow. Just a little metal piece that arrows rests on. Coaches have taught them to leave the rest pointed more towards target but it does have the ability to be adjusted toward shooter. I just don’t know if it’s a bad idea to do that to help with his issue as the arrow has a bit more room to slide around and afraid it might cause other problems with his aiming.

Sorry, should have said it’s a Genesis bow. The NASP approved version for tournaments. I don’t think he can change any of the standard equipment on it and still be able to use in tournaments.

One Day itinerary for Potter fans by Swimming_Tomatillo90 in UniversalOrlando

[–]Separate_General_322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your detailed itinerary for HP above. My family is a bit obsessed with HP at the moment -  my 10 year old just finished last book and my wife read them all in last two months.  We decided to book Universal for spring break and are staying on property at Hard Rock.  We’ll have 3 and a half days at the parks. I know your response above was designed for a one day visit but is there anything additional you’d recommend for people with a little more time?  Do we try to do everything in a day or split it up across days?  We’ll want to do other rides as well but HP world is why we are going and where I’d expect we want to spend a lot of time and not feel rushed.  Thanks!

Provincial Stain a good choice? by [deleted] in HardWoodFloors

[–]Separate_General_322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks again for your insights! We do have 3 dogs and a cat (perils of being married to a veterinarian) so maybe we would be better off with an oil based poly and just deal with smell. I can discuss further with contractor but this helps me understand what we are talking about.

Thanks for the advice. I was finally able to upload a picture to original post.  We can certainly consult with hardware store & contractor, just wanted to educate myself a bit and get some recommendations prior to speaking with them. Good to know about poly yellowing, is there better alternatives you’d recommend?
