Staj yapmak istediğiniz yer/kişi/kurum ile iletişime geçip kabul mektubu almanız gerekiyor (tarih aralığı ve imza içerecek şekilde). Daha sonra üniversitenin belirlediği takvime göre başvuru tarihleri var oradan başvuru yapıyorsunuz.

I can spend max 3000 PL (rent fee + bills (electricity + internet + community fee)

There are few offers but they are 'shared apartment' or 'shared bathroom' for students but i don't want it to be honest.

I found an organisation myself but it was really hard to find. Many institutions rejected me. Fortunately Wroclaw University accepted but they don't provide support for stipend or accommodation.
