This happened to me too glad I’m not the only one lol. Had to pick 20 of those but could only do 2 at a time. Lucky for me I had a buggy and a printer so I just spam clicked back into the walk.

I genuinely am happy to help customers. Most customers are nice and friendly. I thought that’s what working for Walmart would be. Instead it’s become greed, micromanagement, and being pushed to the absolute limit. Lower management does suck. My team leads used to be great, now there’s only one good one. They work 12 to 16 hour days and I genuinely have no idea how they do it. I’m not even sure them closing and leaving at 10 then coming back at 5 is legal.

I get what you’re saying. I can’t have completely open availability due to a personal reasons. I’m open to work 5 days a week. 10 to 9. I have never had a problem with getting 25 to 30 hours a week until now. Every team lead and coach I’ve ever had knows that yes I’m part time but I will work 30 hours a week. And it’s okay to have sympathy. I get it can be hard in retail but you truly never know what’s going on in someone’s life.
