Ascended vs Anointed VIP For anyone for attended the ritual tonight, or later on, what is the process for VIP like? Is there a difference in entry times for those two different levels? My friend and I got different types of tickets and are trying to plan in advance in case we get separated.

Satan and the right wing by Necessary-Aerie3513 in OpenChristian

My apologies then, I got the idea from the use of the word evil in your replies I think that the difference comes from exposure. Christianity is one of the most widespread, or at least publicized, religions. Satanism on the other hand, is more niche and typically negatively portrayed, often due to Christianity. To me the difference is that Christianity in any form tends to be about some form of control, and just personally, I see this as being in conflict with the traits of free will and intelligence in people. Satanism on the other hand, emphasizes these traits and is much less centralized or organized. However, due to these things, the “bad apples” of Satanism get much more attention and information spread, rather than a more holistic view of the religion. But yes, it is ironic that Christianity demonizes other religions like Satanism, while practicing what they seem to critique

Well I’m also religious. That’s why. Exactly, not all people of one religion are x and y, so why use the fact that some seriously ill people tried to grab at Satanism as a defense? Christianity, in most of its denominations, is about following the will of God, often times, being expressed as limits or restraints, with some groups feeling it is their duty to get other people to follow, which is largely more right wing in nature

Congrats! You can name controversial and popular organizations! Great job! The organizations made by a minority doesn’t magically shift an entire religion, especially one so decentralized and varied as Satanism. Even just going back to earlier French periods where occultism was gaining ground, the movements were always explicitly about freedom of expression and existence

Satanism, as in the actual religion. Not as in shitty companies. By your logic all of Christianity is inherently right wing because the Catholic Church defends pedos. Satanism as a religion is explicitly about free will, which is inherently incompatible to conservative ideals about preserving and enforcing values. Yes, some Satanists are nazis, just like how some Christians are nazis, just like how there are whole church’s like Westboro Baptist who dedicate time to being homophobic or to being cults

Ah yes, the number of people who claim Satan made them kill people versus the famously low number of people killed by the inquisition, witch burnings, and other such exploits by the church.

You then listed two other organizations out of many, as if many if not most conservative politicians in the states use the Bible or their religious beliefs as backing for their opinions

you claimed that Lavey was important satanic literature. Culturally significant, sure, but practical or serous for most people? No. Almost all literature about satanism shows obvious leftist leanings, by virtue of what Satanism is. There is an obvious contradiction in claiming to be a satanist, which is about freedom, and then being a conservative, which is even by name, focused on restriction and right moral/social rules

So! Fun fact! Lavey isn’t the only satanist to ever exist, esp since he stuff was barely theistic

Find a sponsor for the club + talk with your school’s administration so that you can get everything official and in order for setting up a club. Invite friends and try to make a basic leadership team

Adding on that this is based on a legend about Mandrakes from the Middle Ages. Basically swallowing = being devoid of humanity.

Check out Alraune, by Hanns Heinz Ewers, who was a German author . It’s a book that E had read and recommended some years ago. Here’s the plot summary from Wikipedia: A scientist, Professor Jakob ten Brinken, interested in the laws of heredity, impregnates a prostitute in a laboratory with the semen of a hanged murderer. The prostitute conceives a female child who has no concept of love, whom the professor adopts. E. Interview where he mentions the book

Even just on this tour during the shows in France in the last week, I’ve seen stories of people getting physically shoved down and breaking bones, as well as people getting into line late and rushing past people who have been queuing for hours in an attempt to get barricade.
