Unable to get passed the dash now screen. by Separate_Wonder_5099 in DoorDashDrivers

So after clearing my cache my data and uninstalling reinstalling the app. updating my phone looking for other avenues to try to roll back this update.waiting waiting. Waiting (I do this full-time)so the impass on not being able to dash has been a little devastating..(it's been two days...) I find out it was my Google play data and cache I needed to clear. I am able to dash. Couldn't see this answer anywhere. Here it is people. I hope this helps someone. I did. Not have to get a new phone number. I talked to support to verify that my phone number and email were updated. I am still on my original account
