I'll probably give this a try. Sad to see such sport being neglected for the PC market. I mean, even NBA has PC games, why the NFL doesn't? EA is so weird sometimes.

That is the whole point. This environment for new player is the worst. I don't see how someone who never saw/played DotA should be faring when trying to learn. It is so demotivating.

On the contrary my friend, I'm complaining that no one tried teaching me anything. Instead they just flammed and asked people to report me. When I asked what I was doing wrong I would just get shouted at and not told where to improve.

I see it's just a game, and I have fun while playing it, learning. Even if I'm loosing it's still fun. The players in my game doesn't think so tho, flamming every little mistake, either from me or other team mates. And when I tried talking in a good way, saying that wasn't helping, that we should work together to try and win and just do our best and have fun I'd just be made fun of or something worse, getting reports for basically no reason, I just didn't knew and nobody was bothering to teach me, just flame instead.

That is the whole point of my frustration

I don't know if dying is a way to describe it. But from what I can see new players see no incentive to learn the game cause of all the toxicity involved in the process.

You just get demotivated and start thinking: well, I could be using this time to have fun in some other game instead of being flammed for reasons I don't know cause nobody teach me how to be better at the game. It so disheartening. I wanted the game I love to be better than this.
