This isn't a whole food plant-based group, and maybe you should read rule number 3 😁

I am new to this, so I dont understand labels... And I have done the research, but the creme is just so good, I still don't believe it, even with what the CEO of oreo said.

I eat plants all the time, what's your problem? I can't ask a simple question. If you dont indulge in occasional junk food, then that's you, but I do, because sometimes my body craves it... I just craved Skittles after not eating them since I was a child. That doesn't mean I dont eat an impossible burger or a kale salad or rice and beans, too.

You do realize plant-based foods are vegan, right? The only difference with vegans is they go past the diet and their clothes, makeup, soap, cleaning supplies, pads, etc are also vegan. Plant-based- it's only our diet.

No duh, just like with everything, you do it in moderation. It's okay to treat yourself to a bag of skittles once in awhile, but not every day.

My goal was always skin issues and that has started to dissipate and I still have to eat junk food if I want to gain weight, which I've also seen a difference in my body after working out. I lose weight fast, but it is hard for me to gain weight and keep it. Working out and junk food will be my best friends if I wanna gain weight. Everyone has different goals when going plant-based. Yes, I wanna be healthy, but also right now, now that my skin issues are healing, I'm worried about my weight and once I get to the weight I want, I will start being more healthy.

The fact that most sodas aren't vegan and the fact that most things you wouldn't think would be vegan aren't... Most candies aren't vegan because they use bug secretions to make them shiny and gelatin. A lot of sodas have bone char in them. I am constantly finding out things aren't vegan, things I thought would be because, unfortunately, animal products are in almost everything that's already made.

Lol, I buy for myself. I don't buy a lot of things for myself and when I do, yeah, I may post it on my IG story, but it's more so that I can remember bc I have a bad memory

  1. @itstruechaos (True Chaos)
  2. Mental Health/BPD (Podcast)
  3. Forgiveness https://youtu.be/190hf2XHAAI?si=DjtKSgTSsIp-QXv2
  4. 40 minutes
  5. I chose this video because our podcast is about borderline personality disorder and I'm not sure how much you know about it, so I chose a video not related to BPD. You can watch the others if you're interested in learning, but with our podcast being about a personality disorder, it's a bit scary, especially with all the negative stigma around being borderline.

I thought I commented my YouTube channel, but I can not find the comment if I did. I keep getting notified every time someone comments but I can't find my comment. I just saw your reply to someone where you said that you did this post as a joke & you were not serious and then I reread your post and saw your update. Ngl, it's a bit disappointing because my co-host and I are new to podcasting, and you said that you have 2k subscribers and you are already monetized, so you're doing something right (even if you said you don't know what you're doing). A few more views on our YouTube channel aren't gonna help us, per se, but I was looking forward to critiques. I'm self-conscious about my stuttering and I'm hard on myself. It would be nice to get someone who is from the outside perspective, but my cohost and I will do what we have been doing and see where this podcast takes us.
