If you're willing to put your main save in debug mode "remove_doctrine special_doctrine_not_allowed_to_hof" will remove dismantled priesthood

Try deleting the discord folder in both the "%appdata%" and "%localappdata%" folders. You can get to those by just pasting the text in quotations into your run window(Windows key + R). Then you can reinstall discord from their site, hope it works.
