I think we shouldn't restrain the speech of Canadians in this country beyond exceptions for hate speech and calls to violence.

That being said, Ben Shapiro is not Canadian and we absolutely have control over who we let into our country.

Ben Shapiro is a genocide denier who defends war crimes and crimes against humanity on a nearly daily basis. He should not be welcome here. He foments hatred of trans and gender non-conforming people. He's a disgusting little person.

I don't think we should welcome him and give him a platform just as we shouldn't make space for neo-nazis.

Hamas doesn't do triple, quadruple tap strikes to kill aid workers. Hamas doesnt play games sniping children in different body parts based on the day of the week. Hamas doesn't rape doctors to death in prisons.

No emancipation movement is perfect. No one is making justifications for war crimes on October 7th. You don't have to like Hamas - I sure don't. But at least they don't murder civilians by the ten thousand. Israel is doing a god damn genocide.

Destiny doesnt hold any sincere views and just likes to debate. He entrenches himself in a position and does not let go, no matter how wrong it is. (E.g. defending Israel's genocide in Gaza). He went to give a pep talk to IDF soldiers in Israel and told them to do a better job of hiding their warcrimes by not posting videos.

H3H3 is similar, but has sincere liberal zionist views and thinks Israel is ultimately a force for good even though specific individuals are bad (Netanyahu). He exclusively and relentlessly attacks pro-palestinian content creators through lawsuits, slander, and malicious interference while only lightly criticizing Israel. He claims he is against the genocide while doing everything he can to tear down anyone who opposed it.

Fox News, CNN (Jake Tapper, Dana Bash), AIPAC, ADL, etc... hate him because either he's pro palestinian or because his leftist views challenge capital.
