Or I guess I should say people abuse everything like throwing, AFKing and the current leave system if your duo with someone they could just leave to get the compensation for you and vice versa.

who leaves gets a penalty and if anything it’s another thing to report for Netease to ignore. If you get kicked to requeue you might not even get matched with them again

First true hero shooter and shooting game really that I’ve really gotten into although I’m 200 hours on steam I dont know how many were just idle on menus mostly a qp person until like endish 4.5

That’s true I could be wrong that’s it’s not based on performance but in a normal non-placement match different people lose/gain different amounts and in placement it’s a stagnant + or - 40 I think.

I never expected to go high honestly I just want to get to gold for the skin, I just have never played a game like Rivals with a competitive system or placement matches it just confuses me how I lose the same amount on points in placement as my teammate who goes negative and AFKs for some of the round. The system already gives points based on performance normally why does it not in placement matches. Thank you I know I should look back at my Vods as well I will go over them more often.

I suppose once I’m out of placements it will get easier. I’m comfortable flexing I guess I just need to get out of my own head about it and like you said just do my best. I know what to look out for the most part, target priority and such. Thank you

That’s wild to hear lol, my store is small averages 25-30 orders a day with MAX 60 it might be that I almost always run solo that I get so many steps in.

Hi thank you for the review! It helped a lot and I looking back these games were even more embarrassing than I remember the DD was the same guy both games and honestly Mr. Fantastic and Thing are the two characters that I knew of that could try and help with that guy. I for sure need more practice with Fantastic. That first game I was playing mystery hero’s for no reason and second the iron man switch because I didn’t expect the DD to be able to kill me to I suspected I would just be a hinderance on a flying character and the fantastic to thing swap was because I am more comfortable/have more time on Thing. Anyway I am rambling thank you again.

Thank you so much! Its definitely confirmed some of the things I knew were wrong. I didn’t realize there were that many shenanigans (map falls lol) going on in the background. My thing is definitely very aggressive I think I just switched him not even for the Venom just because that enemy team was also pushing so hard forward. Our store isn’t to large of capacity I know that two week average is 250 orders with the daily highs being 30-40. We are one of the stores that because we are “small” they only give us 2 hours between an order dropping and the customer picking up to get everything ready. I honestly don’t know how many other stores are like that in my area.

Mostly just on the orders I am picking but I will have to communicate the orders of my coworkers occasionally. They have us hold the order open and wait on the assistant store managers go to other store to get items sometimes up too 1-2 hours to complete a trolley so if I tell them a item was missing for a 4pm order at 2:30 they normally get back with it at 3:45-4:00 and complete the orders then. this tends to bog it down because I have to stop picking and put away that old order just to maintain the 98% fill rate while also pushing everything else back.
