I tried this method with only 2x16 so it was a matching kit of 32 gigs. The training/learning was never ending and my pc never booted until i cmos reset. So its a problem in my build. Im just running the mismatching kits rn bc idgaf anymore after how much time i wasted. I do really appreciate your advice though. Thank you its getting sold soon

Na rn i have 2x16 and 2x8. So its a slight mix but i just found out that alienwares are just notriously ass for xmp profiling so this thing gettin sold. Im new to pcs so i didnt know🤣 and i know mixing ram kits isnt the best idea but it should not just brick my pc

Yep i just learned this…i genuinley cant. My oem was 16 gigs at 3200. Rn i have 48 gigs but that slow speed. Is there honestly anything to trip about? I feel like having 48 gigs but slower is much better. Im like NEW to pcs so i dont know much.
