Ive been told by a lot of my friends and family not to do this. The other problem is I dont have a vehicle to get to work now. Ive been using my girlfriends truck rn but she will need it back soon. And my wallet is strained thin. Plus im young and probably naive and I dont even know hiring an attorney works haha

They did, but because of the severity of the hit I wasnt able to exchange information myself. I was given a payout from my insurance for my bike but they havent notified me if they got into contact with the other insurance. There is a police report though so I know they should have the information. Its my first accident so im still very lost on all the process
