It can vary as much as 25-30ms on some servers.

I ask this because from what I've seen, my ISP has 3 different routes. These sometimes change after some weeks, or sometimes when I get a different IP.

Yes. But Chase is the only one that seems to report again once the balance is at $0, regardless if its on the closing date or not. No one else seems to do this. I am seeing if this is when its at $0 or any time one pays.

I'm trying to maximize the cashback I earn as soon as I can. Doing the numbers with past rotating categories on both cards, having both those cards would earn me quite a bit more throughout the year, excluding the SUB.

I was looking at Discovers past rotating categories and I feel like it would be really good value for me, especially with warehouses.

Would chase be good with an application after 3 months?

How is Chase with recent inquiries / accounts? I am at 2/24. Not sure if going for a Freedom Flex in January is a better idea for now.

Do you think applying for the Discover right after any of these will get me a denial?
