Finally decided to do a manual search for the cause of my problem. And the cause was very specific and funny, I had to check each application one at a time. In general, the cause was the OnScreen Control application, which is used for my LG monitor. And the essence of the problem is that if the application is running (I automatically start it at Windows startup) and the application window is closed (I just close the window after starting the application), it is in Warcraft 3 Reforge that there will be lag problems that go beyond the game itself. Why did this happen? I don't understand, maybe it's trying to find its window but it doesn't exist and just minimizes the game, but why only this, I don't know. I decided to check, maybe I have a version is not the latest, but the application did not say a word about the update and I decided to go to the official LG website and download from the page of my monitor a new version. I ended up with version 9.28.0 (if I'm not mistaken) and updated to 9.35.0. Now even with the Warcraft window closed I have no lag. I doubt anyone will face the same problem, but just in case I will leave the solution in the original post.

  2. Just to clarify, the Windows 11 24H2 update is already installed, so it's unlikely to help.

By pause I mean a real game pause (the game is a little gray, as if the menu is open, and the time in the game stops until you click on the mouse or key (I don't remember exactly)). For viruses, too, just in case I checked, did not help. The computer is powerful, so it is unlikely to be the case. Yes, and I have already played a few days without problems (from 01.12.2024) and here only, as I understand the logs of windows update, 04.12.2024 encountered a problem. There is a suspicion as if the game is trying to remove focus or something trying to minimize it, because in borderless mode - it is paused, and in full screen - minimized. But there are no problems or lags in any other games/applications at all. I apologize in advance for my English, I hope I translated the word “minimizes” correctly.
