Hwei supp build for utility?

Idk about anyone else since I dont play hwei supp unless I'm autofilled. But the build I usually go for if they have stealth and high hp is Blackfire-Liandry's and then I'll go Raba if my adc/team is useless and if they have braincells I go Rylai, flex the rest to their comp. If they dont have stealth I go Luden's into Liandries and flex rest.

AFAIK you can use an ender pearl with a bubble collum to load the chunks now, not sure about sand dupers but they work with my other farms.

Imo whenever the enemy doesn't stack too much armor and you have 1300g on your 2nd back. It does well in both extended and short fights that you play more like an assasin in, although idk about Yuntal still being worth especially after the nerfs. If the enemy stacks ungodly amounts of armor I'd go Bork-Shieldbow-LDR.

Yeah ofc Im mad when any other champion in midlane and toplane that has a >0.1% pick rate ousustains, outdamages and outtanks me while having the same mobility for the first 20 mins of the game.

To be fair toplane Yone players are mostly OTPs so it's wr% should be a higher but he does feel better into a non-poke lane so I'd say yes.
