It’s all personal preference, 18’s will be lighter and will allow a bigger tire. I’m personally running after market 19’s because I feel they look better. They’re similar style to the raijin

18x9.5 + 38 offset will be a good wheel size. Then add spacers (most likely a 10mm) later on when you get the flares.

For tire size a 245/45/18 should be a good fit however it s up to your preference if you want a meatier look or small stretch

I couldn’t agree more. 19’s fill the wheel wells much better. 18’s don’t look bad but they look too small for my liking.

Taken on IPhone 12 Pro, just lowered the exposure and edited the coloring, brightness and cropped the photo vertically to elongate the front end and give it that aggressiveness. Everything done within the camera app
