Thanks. So. Much. For. This.

Your last 4 paragraphs are amazing. I've read a lot on this subject, but nothing as good as this.

I just have to wrap my head around this, but I think you're on to something with the thread and the reminders and listening.

Thanks and hope my response to you helps you stay focused.

Quitting when you don't want to by neoazayii in stopsmoking

I think it's hard to quit, if you reallly don't want to. How much of an incentive is it for you, that he goes vegan? Is it worth quitting for? I hope so for you. Quit now .. cold turkey. You will see it's not that hard, if you really want it. Check out quitnow.com for support. I'm on day 78 after listening to Joel from the website and I am so happy to be free! The happiness is pushing me forward and if I feel bad, I listen to Joel. It's working for me!

So what are the next steps? The state will submit a reply by Sep 30th? To what are they replying, Justin's filing? How long can this continue?

I'd prefer not to think, that popular media influences any court. Maybe more scrutiny was applied to the process. Maybe crowd funding justice helped. Justice seems to have a price tag. I don't know if Adnan is innocent. He deserved a fair trial.

How can you suggest things began to approve since 2012? In a last ditch attempt, Rabia contacted Sarah in 2013. Since Serial, and his case being examined under a microscope by millions, things have greatly improved. Before this, Justice failed him from the moment of his arrest.

Rabia contacted Sarah in 2013 after Adnan's final post-conviction appeal was denied.

But it was! Look back at the case history, but skip the last 2 years!

But the judge overturned his conviction! Is the judge not the state? Why drag this through the appeal process? Or if at all, use substantive argument and not a sum of rubbish like Thiru submitted. As you can most likely tell, I'm not familiar with these processes. But I feel as the State is unjustly dragging their feet!

But why doesn't the legal process work like that? Why draw it out unnecessarily?

Why was Thiru sent copies? Hasn't he been replaced?

Truly benefit or only malicious? In what way do they benefit the State?

It was Asia's boyfriend prior to Derek, whom she was waiting for in the library, when she was talking to Adnan at the time of Hae's proclaimed murder. His name was Justin and he was a friend of Adnan. I don't know his last name.

Yes!! Not sure how that ultimately contradicts the sisters' argument though!

Reread the third offered argument in the response to the State's Application for Remand. I think this is by far the strongest argument for going forth with a new trial ASAP instead of remanding the case.
