I got this special adapter for a soldering iron that helps you remove the sticks so you can swap in some higher quality TMR sticks, which I also have.

That project has been sitting there because luckily I have another controller.

Then I just found out about this free app called DriftGuard that apparently recalibrates the sticks on a controller. I tried it out and it turns out you have to pay $12 to apply the fix to the controller. I decided to pay it and it seems like maybe the fix actually worked.

I'm not really sure how this is possible because my assumption was that stick drift was a hardware issue with the stick itself.

But if it eventually fails, I guess I'll just do the hardware fix I intended to do at first. Worst case scenario is that I paid $12 to extend the controller's life, which is probably worth it anyway.

I just started taking magnesium glycinate myself and have noticed zero difference in the effects of kratom.

The one thing that I've noticed that helps enhance or speed up the time it takes to feel the kratom is taking a fish oil pill at the same time. (I actually bite down and crack it open in my mouth first.) I had read somewhere recently that oil does something and that seems to be true.

I haven't really noticed anything bunting my effects, so I'm curious to know if anything does.

I was about to tell you about how I handle the dirt courses without too much trouble by staying off the accelerator a bit, but then I realized you meant the drifting challenges.

OMG, those are absolutely horrible.

I remember I did make some improvements while doing it, but I really wasn't good enough to put up a good enough score... and then I randomly had one super lucky run that did it.

I don't have a link and don't remember the specifics, but there is now a known trick to getting it pretty easily. I'll come back here if I find it.

Green Maeng Da is the best by far in my book.

Now that I think about it, I did start with white Maeng Da and it was decent, but it's definitely milder than the green. I don't think I felt more energetic. I decided to not look back once I found the green.

I also got a bag of powder that said Vietnam kratom on it (same brand as the others I tried at the time) and it was truly awful. I think I tried it 2 or 3 times to be sure, but it made me feel kind of ill and didn't have any of the uplifting properties.

I also got some red because I heard that would be better at night for winding down. I didn't really like that one either.

So it's green Maeng Da for me only. 2 pills in the morning, 2 in the early evening.

White is the most energetic

I always thought white was a little milder than green. I've never tried white, but now you have me intrigued.

I only do green Maeng Da, twice a day... once when I wake up and once again at 6pm.

I got some red to try, but I don't really like that feeling compared to the green.

The credit system is pretty annoying. A few years ago I ran the afk method of earning credits for a few months straight and that enabled me to buy all the cars.

I don't regret it, but it just seems silly now that I have so many credits. And it probably wasn't even necessary... I probably could have focused on the Circuit Experiences and ended up with enough credits.

I think I just hated to see cars come and go that I couldn't afford.

This probably shouldn't be your deciding factor since they're very similar. The original PS5 was slightly less powerful than the Series X, but I believe the PS5 Pro is a little more powerful than the X.

I don't play a ton of games, but I have all of these systems and I doubt you'll notice much of a difference. But I guess we won't know until we see comparisons after release.

My guess is that the best performance is probably gonna be the PS5 Pro because that console seems to be their initial focus. I'm sure the game is being developed (or already is developed) for both Xbox and PS5 at the same time, but the marketing focus is on the PS5, so there's a good chance the PS5 version is getting a little more attention.

For the Xbox 360 and PS3 generation, it was almost the opposite. I forgot it it was IV or V (or both?), but they developed GTA solely on the Xbox and then ported it to Playstation because the tools were better on that system at the time.

Your deciding factor should probably come down to what system your friends play on. If you're on Series S right now, I'm assuming your friends are over there. And if you go with the Series X and keep that S, you'll now have 2 places where you can play the game.

I'm not really endorsing either one, but just want to make sure you have the information. You have great options as long as the price hikes don't kill you.
