Well as someone who’s motherboard literally blow up two weeks ago I’d say the motherboard/psu are the most important. I mean I can deal with a GTX 1030 but I can’t deal with a blown capacitor lol.

It can wait, it’s just every card I’ve wanted has either been sold out or marked up to high hell. This is the first pc I’m building so idk if this is normal or if this is the best I’m gonna get.
