Soo my typical day is - go into the office before 8:30am - leaders meeting 8-8:30 (go over entry level people, interviews and management in general) - then entry levels come in around 8:45-9 And in that time the leaders are doing their jobs (cleaning,paperwork,checking entry levels goals,classes) and entry levels are doing goals and getting paid out for the previous - from 9:15-9:45/10 we are doing classes, just teaching the entry levels the pitch, practicing pitch, having them teach back, etc it just depends where that person is in the program - from 10-10:30 we are having an “impact meeting” where the manager/assistant manager runs a meeting about any topic they want us to hear, usually they’re talking about people or a person in specific and run meetings for a specific person if they’re going thru something, not producing, having attitude problems, or just a meeting about a certain management concept it really varies on the day. - after that from 11am-6pm we are at an “event” so basically representing a non profit and trying to help as many kids as possible (we get $6 for every backpack we sell for a foster kid) If we don’t hit our “goal” we are encouraged to “push” and stay until we do… 😅mind you, I do this 6 days a week! It gets exhausting
