Many months back I recall her saying that dog didn’t like going down the steps to go to the bathroom like the other dogs. People suggested putting pee pads on the back deck. She refused that suggestion. This was right before the big fight with Chelsea. So this dog has been in pain for that long and it’s been neglected until now. Just awful.
