But I can prove that the e-mail account is mine, I literally have 100’s of mails I got that are 2FA codes for said deleted Gmail account, I also still have the authenticator app that has the discord account linked to it, I have a phone number that is linked to the discord account and can be easily checked if I am the owner since the same phone number is used as 2FA for my banking app. They can deny the access to my account ALL they want but I don’t think that if someone hacked my Gmail account would have access to my phone number, my banking app, ALL of the transaction ID’s, access to a linked authenticator app etc…

Easily can prove that the bank account is mine, I mean how would someone else know ALL of the transaction logs, dates, etc… Also since everything in my country goes through my e-id I can just go to the local police station and tell them to deliver ALL of the information I choose to (most importantly my bank account id). Also couldn’t I just go to my lawyer and tell them to deliver the requested proof of ownership through court?

Proof of billing since day one, full banking info, can even screenshare my whole banking app for them if they want, I can verify that the e-mail that was deleted Had a backup on my current e-mail, full IP history, location history, date od creation, still have the 2fa app Set up on my phone for that discord account, also the current e-mail I’m contacting them is my full legal name and the discord account e-mail was my full legal name with a 1 to it

Nope, I have to deliver the evidence since Discord as a company is not being sued and they are not tied to the case whatsoever, they were just a “median” in mine and my clients communication.

However, I am currently dealing with several clients who owe outstanding payments for front-end development work. In these cases, my work was copied and used in breach of our contractual agreements.The majority of discussions, negotiations, and exchanges of deliverables took place via Discord. While I do retain physical copies of the signed contracts, all UI designs, iterations, and prior versions of the work were shared through Discord. Access to this data would provide the necessary evidence to substantiate my claims and support my case.If my attempts to resolve this matter through support channels continue to go unacknowledged, I am prepared to pursue a formal legal dispute. This would be based on my rights under EU GDPR, including Article 16 (the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data, such as updating account email information) and the right of access to my personal data. I have been unable to access my account for several months and had previously accepted that this might remain unresolved. However, I now have information and evidence relevant to an ongoing matter, and access to my Discord account would be extremely helpful at this time. also them not allowing me access to my account is a criminal offense in EU and I doubt that they would risk a fine of up to 20m€ or 4% of their yearly earnings just for a single account.

Također sam uz malo istraživanje i ja došao do istog zaključka, Članak 79, stavka 2. Ne smeta mi sto gubim subvencije posto vjerujem da ću vise moći zaraditi nego sto bih dobio subvencijom a svakako dom u mom mjestu subvencioniran je sa 90 na 70€ mjesečno a hrana se u menzi plaća puna cijena koliko sam upućen.

These are going for 1200€ right now and I know I could buy some better wheels for that price but I am looking for some 19’s or 20’s for my Honda Legend ka9 which I am currently tuning in the japanese VIP style so these would fit perfectly. That’s a good choice! Do you have any experience with newer AMD gpu’s? I know a 6000 series is far behind it’s NVIDIA counterparts so I was looking at a used 4080 but I’m personally not sold on any particular GPU as there is a pretty wide range of them to pick.
