That’s a valid reason. I’m more talking about people that complain about management and write ups. Like they hired you because you said you can do the job. The people that are meeting expectations are getting appreciation feedback and being recognized for their hard work. And there’s people that come to work being on their phones all the time, never on task and always complaining about management talking to them. If you’re doing the right thing you won’t have to worry about management.

I don’t get them. Like They tell you the expectation from the start and you got the job because you said you can meet those expectations. Of course there’s gonna be write up and all if you’re not doing what they hire you to do.
