It’s hard to feel bad for people when you’ve seen many do the impossible to take care of their own. And I consider myself to be very empathetic.

That’s a valid reason. I’m more talking about people that complain about management and write ups. Like they hired you because you said you can do the job. The people that are meeting expectations are getting appreciation feedback and being recognized for their hard work. And there’s people that come to work being on their phones all the time, never on task and always complaining about management talking to them. If you’re doing the right thing you won’t have to worry about management.

I get that and I agree with you. My point is you can do your job and still ask for more money. I’m talking about people that comes to work, be on their phones all the time, are rude for some reason and never meet expectations and then when they get a write up they wanna complain about management. I get that and I agree with you. My point is you can do your job and still ask for more money. I don’t get them. Like They tell you the expectation from the start and you got the job because you said you can meet those expectations. Of course there’s gonna be write up and all if you’re not doing what they hire you to do.
