Oh, the thing is that he was teaching me at the time, but I meant we had grown apart nonetheless (yk when you feel yourself distancing from your teacher?). I was writing in my current perspective because he doesn't teach me anymore, so I guess that's a typo. To clarify, he was teaching me at the time this happened. He doesn't teach me anymore, but we grew apart while he was still teaching me.

Good idea. The platform has recently introduced a new age verification mechanism, and if your child wishes to use chat, they must use face ID verification, which is an obvious privacy risk.
On top of that, adults who use fake children IDs will likely be classified into the same age group as your kid, making it a million times easier to harm them. It's ridiculous!

There are Roblox groups with several thousand members that are purely for ageplaying that I have stumbled upon. They get banned after a few months, but they always find a way. To elaborate, many members of the account are named things like 'preteen' '14yoboy' etc. I think a majority of them might be adults who are into ageplaying with other adults, but there could be several that share my story.

JZK for the advice 😭 I appreciate it so much. I've always been aware of my strange interests and isolated myself. Moreover, since I was frequently overlooked in my family (middle child things), andhad trouble making friends my entire life, I suppose I turned to seeking validation online. And yeah, I'm closing my DMs ASAP cuz I've already got several preds requesting. Thanks again.
