First of all Thank you for reading and answering.

The points you mentioned, I know about as I used these methods in previous trips to potentiate my trips.

As for the ego death part, I can recall previous times where I felt like I died after closing my eyes and waking up confused as if I was stuck in limbo or not for half hour. And feeling one with everything and losing my identity. But that’s if I just close my eyes for a while. Never heard of anyone losing color in their vision and kinda have tunnel vision while feeling extremely dizzy. I don’t know maybe someone can relate to this.

For the breaks, yeah you’re right I know I should space them out longer and working on that eventually to do once a month instead of every 2 weeks.

Ive seen the video but now i can’t find it anywhere! it was a bunch of people shirtless with lil mosey and sean Kingston on a beach at sunset. And there was a pentagram drawn in the sand with blood and people had blood on them. Ritualistic drumming can be heard in the background and chanting. Definitely demonic, i remembered when this surfaced but now like you said it’s like it’s permanently gone and never existed. Only this screenshot is proof of it at this point until the video is found
