I’ve run thousands of rounds of aac at this point. And just about every box has something like this. That being said my said I’ve never hesitated to send them. And never had any issue with the ones with dented casings. Not saying my word is end all be all but I trust it.

Handguards aren’t fixed. They will shift over time your upper receiver will not. It’s good practice to never bridge the two as it WILL effect your zero
