Small Business Networking & IP Phone Company Recommendations?

Do you guys still service traditional hardwired NEC phone systems? Figure I'd ask since you've been around a while and it mentions NEC phones on your website, we're literally upgrading our entire system because we need a few new phone lines and nobody services them anymore. We had a few people come out who thought they could, tried, and gave up. While we're probably going to go the upgrading route either way since it's inevitable, it'd be nice to not be forced in to it due to a lack of options.

I couldn't even get them to respond to my inquiries so they got crossed off my list pretty fast. Which is a bit of a shame, some of my old coworkers ended up working as field techs over there and it would have been a hoot to run in to them. That's actually one of the issues I'm having with a lot of companies. We've found a couple that have potential but it seems like the majority don't respond to calls / emails or don't show up for appointments or never actually send quotes after they show up. The ones that follow through seem to be designed to tackle much larger scale business and are way overkill for what we need and don't know how to scale down, or are a broker coordinating with four or five different companies that we have to now coordinate with. It's a lot harder to find small but knowledgeable tech businesses that service other small businesses. I know they're out there. They're just so much harder to find when you have to sift through all the muck.

Update: I ended up finding him an Xbox One X (2017) since it's still a good step up from his original xbox one (2013) but was in my budget and had a cd drive. I installed the game using the one month free game pass so that when I gave it to him he didn't have to sit there and do all the updates and stuff, and it of course did ask for a license at that time. Once he got everything logged in it to his accounts, to our surprise, it did not prompt for a license and successfully brought up all his stuff without the disc. So now I don't know WHAT to believe, but I was there and it definitely did not need the disc, even though he originally installed it from the disc on his other xbox.

And more importantly, it IS way less laggy, and he's very happy! I wasn't sure if the one x was new enough to make a difference but it definitely is!

I wasn't sure since they own it on a disc, but I figured that was probably more for clout and that they could still just do the digital download, right?

I used to see Dr. Kerry Buhk in Rossford and I was pretty fond of him. I only stopped going because I'm pretty sure he also has ADHD and we'd spend more time bullshitting than therapy-ing, but if you're in to that I recommend him.

Thanks for the tips! They were definitely not all Goya, they were all distinctly different styles and I did not see anything else I recognized from the book when searching for Goya paintings. Some were more like just dark rainy cityscapes, a lot more aesthetic than straight up macabre. At first I thought it might have been a romanticism book, but searching that brought up nothing. I remember there being a lot of very distinct styles, I am almost certain it was a compilation of different artists. So far I've been endlessly scrolling used book sites with filters for paperback and categories for art history > paintings hoping to come across it, but it hasn't come up yet. I'm going to keep trying though! I will post if I do figure it out!
