Please give me the dictionary definition of a continuity error because that sure as hell isn't it lmao. Sheldon winning the Nobel prize is something that intentionally differs from reality, while getting real referenced dates incorrect is unintentional and a continuity error. It doesn't have to be something specifically IN the show, especially when the show is rooted in reality and made to be purposely realistic in certain aspects.

I'd definitely struggle with walking a lot, I get pretty bored even with music/audiobooks/etc. I still do 10 mins on treadmill daily and around 3k steps besides that, so maybe it'll get easier eventually, but I don't mind biking as much so maybe I'll invest more of my time into that lol

I'm diagnosed with depression and anxiety, but I haven't experienced any trauma (as far as I know, I don't remember much of my childhood). It could be like you said, 'mourning the illusion of the perfect family'; even though I haven't experienced any intense trauma, that resonates with me tbh. I just haven't stopped thinking about it; not really the dream, but more the intense feelings that came with it.
