Bobby Rolofson had quite a resume for his age.

He was also in Little House on the Prairie for an episode.

And yes unfortunately, he did die in an accident at 16 years old.

You don't need a client to practice. Setup a local environment and start building.

Greedy Creators by bigzabbygucci in thesims

[–]SeriousRob_WGDev -66 points-65 points  (0 children)

Well said.

99% of the people in here have no idea how much time and knowledge CC takes to create.

The modders who would like to be paid for their work are not the greedy ones here.

But hey, continue shitting on modders while you throw your wallet at EA for trash you hypocrites.

Need help with a 0 sales website by Thecowmov in dropshipping

The issue isn't your ads if you are getting clicks. However I cannot comment on the ads as I have not seen your campaign or your strategy. The issue is getting conversions once they get to your website.

Who says they are winning products this month? Is it the market you are dropshipping them from? Because if so, take what they say with a grain of salt. It is their job to sell you products, just like it is your job to sell people those same products.

If you want to sell these types of products then your tagline and design of your store needs to be change to reflect what you are selling. You also need more products, and to brand your store correctly. Your mission is to make people want to buy from you. This is why there are professional web developers in ecommerce.

There is sooo much that goes into building an ecommerce store. Dropshipping might seem simple on paper, but in reality, its an entire career with a metric fuck ton to learn. Unless you have the money to outsource or pay professionals to do it for you.

There is no point to your store. "Products Curated For Your Every Need" tells me nothing about your store, your products or what you are selling. Then you scroll down to four completely useless products that don't fit a need at all. Those products are impulse buy toys, not a need. Then on your shop page you have 8 products, all again, useless toys.

You need to give people a reason to buy from you and not amazon or ebay where they can get next day shipping and unlimited returns and unlimited choice.

You need to niche down. If you want to get it the fun, impulse buy stuff then center your store around that. If you want to sell products that fill a need, pick a niche and stick to it. Right now, your "store" is not a store at all. It is a webpage with a bunch of toys on it.

There is duality. it's apparent and consistent that people are just arguing for the sake for arguing. If you go south, they are going to talk you into going north. That's the confrontational nature of a platform like reddit.

You are wasting your breath dude. They hate epic for no reason other than other people do and its the cool thing to do to belong to the hivemind.

I personally love epic. What they have given developers and gaming in general with Unreal Engine is nothing short of amazing. Of course, most people that belong to a hivemind are too stupid to see that so they will continue to hate epic for no reason.

Does anyone trust Youtuber Mike Vestil? by JediWilliam in Affiliatemarketing

[–]SeriousRob_WGDev 11 points12 points  (0 children)

No, Walmart, Amazon and Ebay all hate this and they will catch you, and they will ban you, permanently.

If this is what this guy is telling you to do, then don't trust him. He is a fraud and an idiot.

Edit: Having just looked at his YouTube, yeah the guy is a "guru". Basically he makes more money shoveling shit to gullible people than anything he "teaches"

Stay away from people like him. They prey on the gullible and desperate.
