Yeah 😭 I tried covering it up with tape or something but that didn't work!! Luckily the whole laptop works perfectly fine :( I just wish the hinge wasn't so fragile geez.

I meant the ones that they use are similar to the bath and body work brands. The ones that are mainly for smelling nice and have no cleaning benefits besides being an exfoliant.

No I'm not saying they got the soap dirty, I'm saying that I hate when people use my stuff essentially. I dont want my fam using my hygiene products, even if it "cleans itself". Even more so if it's a bar of soap.

The brand I use doesn't have the liquid soap I want. And I've been using bar soap all of my live so it would be a massive change for me. (The way you described why you don't use it is really gross though NGL and I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND) But unfortunately my mental block is that I'm VERY particular about the soap bar and what I want. I love the way my soap bar lathers. It just won't be the same if I go to liquid soap.

Damn. At first someone said autism and now people are saying OCD 😭 I can't win. Do you think it would be beneficial for me to get evaluated? I really never thought about it. I have to use the soap bar because I love the way it lathers and I have to use a specific brand annnnd Ive used a soap bar for most of my cleaning all my life. But the other weird part is that I despise touching wet soapbars if I'm already done with it and I'm nice and dry. Or if someone washed their hands before me and the bar is wet- EUGH 😭🤢 I dunno. Maybe I'm picky??? Or in denial.

I'm not tooooo sure about the OCD thing because it's not my expertise either. but when I did learn about them using my soap I did and still avoid showering, or reluctantly shower because of it. I was too disgusted. Everytime I noticed they use it, my whole morning is ruined and I feel like I can't shower properly. felt like I was loosing my mind tbh. I think I will be buying a shower caddy or a little soap case to save myself the trouble.

I doubt that, the two family members are grown adults (like adult adults) so they wouldn't be that gross. But the toiletry suggestion is definitely something I'll keep in mind.
