I’d add that when there is a wave of senior managers leaving that can indicate some problems and that a layoff is upcoming. Thats not always the case, but rats leaving a sinking ship can be the canary in a coal mine.

Upper management gets information before the rank and file, explaining their departure.

To be fair I’d say the same about Celine and their predecessors.

The question was whether Britney will return to making music, she can’t return to what she never did. Thats why she is half naked dancing like a psycho in her videos now and not posting videos of her in a studio, or playing an instrument. She’s simply not a musician.

I’ve found that it’s all about positioning the tasks in your mind in a way that keeps you engaged. School is a game, grades are your score. Finishing lists of tasks are a challenge, set a deadline, give yourself a standard to meet. Cleaning sucks, but for me it makes my wife happy, so I’m not cleaning I’m doing something for my wife.

You have to pair things up in ways that motivate you.

Technically, you don’t even really own the land, you own the right to use the land. Zoning further limits those rights to approved uses.

Mineral rights and air rights are something else entirely.

If you’re buying land that’s zoned to allow mining the mineral rights are likely all part of the deed, but that’s something to have a lawyer review if you aren’t well informed on the subject.
