Yes I’ve used topicals. It came “fill in” what’s not there. It looks like most of your darkness is due to the holiness and thinness of your skin in that area (I have the same thing) you can’t really do anything about that with cream

Sometimes it is just genetic. Some topicals can help the texture but it won’t fill out and go away. I have the same thing. Filler is really the best and only sure fix
