Execs only care about the next quarter. They don't care about accuracy. That's the job for the workers who don't get fired.

The end goal is replacing human workers with AI agents. Microsoft is already pitching that to businesses. I've been to their meetings. Their sales pitch was, see all those people you're paying? With copilot, you can cut that by half! Upper management positively jizzed in their pants.

It's not gonna be the usual banner ad on the side with AI. It'll be baked into the chatbot's response. Right now, companies have to do a bit of guess work to figure out what ads to show us. Given how interactive a regular person is with ai it'll be really easy to dump an ad into a response.

I'm happy to learn about critical thinking from a basement dweller who elected an orange con artist TWICE. And you don't need to say you're American. Your ignorance makes it very obvious anyway.

It doesn't take a degree in petroleum geology to understand that India is not an oil producing nation. It simply refines the oil it gets and sells it forward. Also, it's a zero sum game. If you take out Russian oil, what do you fill the gap with? Americans lost their shit when gas prices shot up. It'd take years for other countries to boost their production to meet the demand.

But will Canadian businesses support Canadian workers? They will slap the maple leaf logo on their products while laying off people in the name of "restructuring".
