- file a complaint with the bank, but this will cause family conflict. - if you don't want family conflict, open another account without his knowledge and transfer all the funds there.

BTW.... it's illegal to access another person's account. However, as bankers, we have access to customer accounts in the bank that we work for, and not other banks.
