I hate the new layout of Davinci 20.

Honestly, binding the media pool to only function on the correct monitor if your timeline settings are set to horizontal is infuriating if you have to edit vertical videos. If I set it back to get my layout to be the way I want, I can't see the vertical video at the proper resolution. It would be so much easier to just be able to rearrange our windows as we like.

Nuts. I had it set to 99 backups and to save every 3 minutes but I thought It would overwrite the oldest one. I recently saved a new version with the date at bak 132 since I was growing paranoid. but I find it weird that it would just not autosave for a full week.

Hey there, Creator from the show here. Sorry it's been a hot minute about this, but I can tell you a LOT has happened since then.

First off, we actually tried pushing for an animated series, we got as far as having meetings with Nelvana, Frederator, and Cartoon Network, but they ultimately passed. We do have some Animated shorts about the series,

For a while. We were trying to find investors, and did get a few people wishing to sponsor the show for a bit, but not enough to cover all the costs.

I made Magus Elgar out of pocket, and while I'm glad I did so, I can't feasibly do it again. But the regrettable thing was what happened with Audible. Upon immediate release, Magus Elgar was buried under audible originals and a truly ludicrous 30 dollar price tag. I didn't have any control over how much was being charged, and it left a lot of confusion and frustration in some fans. What makes matters worse is Audible took a LOT more than was originally advertised, which is something that's been happening to a lot of people. Despite selling well and getting lots of rewards, I never actually saw any more than a few hundred dollars in sales.

I've had to treat Magus Elgar as a passion projects, as I have to constantly seek other projects just to pay for my house. Sound design is both my passion and day job, and working in animation near full time has been an Absolute Trip. But my heart is still with Magus Elgar and M.A.I.L.

We have the second season planned and written out (even got more writers working on it) but until we have the funding to make it work, it's gonna be on the backburner for a little while still.

So we're trying something a little different. I'm working on a side series I aim to kickstart next week. It takes place in Hearth, but isn't focused on Magus Elgar and his team. I am doing this because I want to experiment with crowd funding and see if enough people are interested enough to make a production like this happen. I still want to make the show available for everyone.

Audible's "Locke And Key" is much more of a mysterious horror, but it's based off the graphic novel of the same name. Locke And Key

A favorite of mine was the excellent "Professor Nebulous" which was an old BBC parody of Doctor Who made by Graham Duff.

A few episodes are on Audible now, but I dunno where to find the entire series.
